Crystal Valley
The Crystal Valley master-planned community is a 1500-acre collection of neighborhoods focused on the concept of living away from the hub-bub but still close to everything, just a few miles off I-25.
The community is naturally situated with direct access to 600 acres of open space and wildlife areas and is a few minutes’ drive from Philip S. Miller Park. And “park” doesn’t quite describe the 270 acres of just about everything: indoor and outdoor fields, batting cages, trampolines and pools. Plus, the 7.4 mile interconnected trail system will lead you to a 200-step challenge staircase, a 2.5-acre adventure playground that features a 40-foot long slide, and the Epic Adventure Tower that includes a zip line course and a climbing wall. During the summer, fitness classes at the amphitheater are held during the day and concerts at night.
Crystal Valley’s hub is the Pinnacle rec center, pool and adjacent park with its own terraced amphitheater, sports fields, basketball courts, climbing rock walls, a super slide and dog park. Marketing for this community focuses on a community nestled in nature with access to wide open outdoor places and spaces.
OK, Nature. We owe you an apology. It seems in our busy social network-building lives, we’ve fallen out of “like” with you. And we’re paying for it. Dearly. We’re just not as happy without you. All the research in the world points to the fact that happier people spend more time with you, Nature. So, starting right now, and right here in Crystal Valley, we’re reaffirming our adoration to you. How? By creating a community with new homes for sale in Castle Rock, Colorado. Long walks on the trail? Done. Gazing into each other’s eyes at sunset? We can’t wait.
Here in Crystal Valley, we think happiness is less of an expedition, and more of an experience. Fact is, people who spend more time in nature have increased levels of happiness. In Crystal Valley, a few steps outside your front door makes you one with nature and one with happy. Welcome to your new home…Crystal Valley.
It’s time to remove the “would’ve,” “could’ve,” and “should’ve” from your vocabulary and add a little “let’s go, “it’s time” and “head out.” Crystal Valley is designed to be different than anywhere else in Castle Rock. Different is a single-track ride high above the neighborhood along the ridgeline. Different is a neighborhood that feels like an enclave, without feeling off the grid. Different is good. And different is waiting for you.
