Foundry will include over 2,000 homesites to include single family detached, single family attached homes, townhomes, cluster homes, and apartments.

Foundry also includes 5,000 SF amenity center, pool, monument design, over 100 acres of parks and open space, and a 17-acre Aurora public school site for a new K thru 8 school to be built in 2025/2026
